Free Worldwide Shipping

All orders ships free via Airmail to anywhere in the world. (minimum orders AUD 40.00).

Orders are assigned an electronic tracking number from the shipping courier. Very large orders, depending on their shipping destinations, are upgraded to Speedpost Global Express free-of-charge. E-Cigarettes sometimes splits your orders into multiple shipments to avoid delays. All shipments are shipped using the same shipping method you have selected during checkout.

All partial shipments are clearly displayed in the order management page.

If minimum order is under $40 then a $40 charge to cover freight costs will be applied at check-out.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Not happy with a product? Return it to us. You may return undamaged items to us postmarked within 45 calendar days of delivery. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories. 


Standard FREE shipping orders are shipped via Airmail parcels and Registered Airmail parcels.

Transit time depends on the shipping availability. 
Import Tax and Duty are responsible by customers. E-Cigarettes marks packages as gifts with low values. Virtually all orders are exempt from taxes and duties.
If your country imposes high import taxes, please choose standard free shipping. Packages shipped via expedited service (Speedpost Global Express) are more likely to be opened and examined by your country's customs.

Stock Availability

Timely shipping is the number one priority for us. Here is what stock status means:
Ships today: orders leave our doors within 12 hours
Ships next day: orders leave our doors before the next business day ends
In stock: orders leave our doors within 2 business days
Back ordered: specific shipping time estimated and displayed on product pages

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
E-Cigarettes guarantees safe delivery of your orders. We exchange all damaged items. E-Cigarettes reimburses return shipping charges.
Contact us for a RMA, within 5 days of delivery, and ship products back via the least expensive method.

Product Warranty (faulty / defective over normal use)

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is 6 months counted from the date of shipment.
Within 3 months from shipment:
Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is AUD 40 or 50% of the item's price, whichever is lower.
Within 6 months from shipment: Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.

Customers may still send defective items back to E-Cigarettes. We then pass those items back to their manufactures and help coordinating the repair. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Depending on the problem, fees may be assessed by the manufacturers. E-Cigarettes will contact customers before committing the repairs.

Incorrect Description / Wrong Items Mailed

E-Cigarettes will exchange the item or fully refund you. Contact us and then ship the products back via the least expensive method, and E-Cigarettes covers all return shipping charges.
Due to restrictions imposed by PayPal, E-Cigarettes is unable to issue refunds 60 days after payments. In such cases, store credits of equivalent value are issued in place of refunds.
An item not as described is defined as either a significant specification is different or the appearance of the primary product is significantly different, compared to those listed on the product page before ordering.
